Watches Gala has made every effort to accurately display the colors, variations, and features of all products as accurately as possible on https://watchesgala.com. Due to computer display variations, there is no guarantee that the color and technical detail of a product will be entirely accurate, and may have slight variations from the actual product.
Watches Gala’s products are all inspected for quality control, flaws, and other abnormalities prior to items being shipped to customers. This ensures that your product meets the highest standards of Watches Gala.
In order to be eligible for a return the purchased item must be returned in the same manner as it was received. In order to avoid a restocking fee the returned item must include all manuals, tags, and any other materials. Any sign of wear will result in refusal of the return.
If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction or defective (for reasons other than color variations or colors being other than expected), you must contact Watches Gala via email within 10 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a return or refund. After 10 days “defective” items will be ineligible for return or exchange.

After receiving the email, a Watches Gala Representative will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the process of returning an item.
2. Return Approvals
All return requests must be approved prior to sending the product back to Watches Gala. If the buyer sends the product back without the pre-refund authorization from Watches Gala, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund. Certain items are only eligible for return or warranty replacement by the manufacturer, so contact Watches Gala if you are unsure if your product falls under the manufacturer warranty.
After receiving the pre-refund authorization to return the item to Watches Gala, the buyer will have 5 Business days to send the item back to Watches Gala. Not returning the item within the specified time period will render the buyer ineligible for a refund. The item must be shipped to Watches Gala via UPS or another insured shipping provider with a tracking number. Watches Gala is not responsible for any damage or loss of item due to shipping carrier error. Refunds will not be given to items that were damaged during shipping or are lost due to shipping error. These claims will have to be made with the shipping carrier apart from Watches Gala.
The item must be shipping in the original packaging and undamaged box. Items shipped without the original packaging will be charged a restocking fee.
Once Watches Gala receives the item, the item will be subject to a thorough inspection for unexpected damage. Refund approvals for any returned item is at the discretion of Watches Gala based on the condition of the product and packaging received. In order to receive a refund, the product must be: unworn/unused; not have unexpected damages not previously discussed during the pre-refund consultation; packaged in undamaged original box/packaging, and returned within the specified time period.
Buyers will be contacted regarding the status of their refund or return within 3 business days of Watches Gala receiving the returned item.
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, you will receive a notification of the approval. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and can only be done on your credit card or on your bank account and will be processed via credit cared reimbursement on the account used to purchase the item. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card processor, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected on your account. Watches Gala has no control over the length of payment processing time on refunds.
4. Cancellation
Due to the fact that every item is shipped immediately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. The buyer would have to go through with the return process.
